Although I’ve only been with Ms Rachel for a short period of time, I’ve learned a lot through her classes. After a long and tiring day of school, Ms Rachel doesn’t fail to make class engaging, keeping us attentive with challenging practice questions. She puts in the extra effort to make sure each student had their questions answered and students are more than welcome to stay back after class to ask more questions.
Ms Rachel is extremely accommodating and would record lessons to ensure we don’t miss out on any content if absent. I would definitely recommend Ms Rachel as she really makes math so much more enjoyable and a lot easier to understand and grasp!!

Growing up, I was never particularly apt in math nor have I ever taken an interest towards it. This continued into my secondary school years, and when I started IB, math was one of my biggest concerns. However, after Rachel started tutoring me, I gained a newfound appreciation for the subject.

Rachel was able to explain complex concepts to me using relatable analogies which allowed me to understand them in a fraction of the time that school would take. The friendly and welcoming environment in Rachel’s classroom made it easy to voice out my doubts, even if it's something as elementary as forgetting TOA CAH SOH. She never fails to give her all to ensure I fully understood every part of the syllabus.

Coming into IB1 from Sec 4, my math foundation had always been lacking. However, deciding to join Infinity Academia during the early stages of IB provided me with a strong foundation to tackle Math SL. Through teaching methods that are both patient and thorough, the center ensures that complex concepts are broken down into easily understandable parts.

I take BCME as my subject combi. I had to do IB one more year as I had fallen significantly sick on the year I was meant to do it. I hadn't sought tuition yet in my final year and was struggling with my math. Rachel was patient with me and answered my questions whenever she could. I initially got a 5 for common tests, and I could consistently see how she was invested in my progress and learning.
I remember for prelims, she had went through a type of question for HL Math Paper 3 the day before, and it turned up in my actual paper. I managed to secure most of the marks, and clinched a 7 for prelims. Eventually, after all the consults I had with her, and the guided patience, I also achieved a grade 7 for my final IB grade

Ms Rachel is really friendly and makes lessons enjoyable especially after a long day of school.
Additionally, she has helped me jump from multiple fails to an ultimate grade 6 in math in the short span of ten months. I’m ever so grateful for her way of teaching that has brought me to have a deeper understanding of mathematics along with the practises she gives that reinforces the concepts taught.

Rachel was incredibly patient and always willing to address any questions I had, even if they were related to previously covered material. Her lessons were thoughtfully planned but flexible enough for me to focus on my weaker areas, particularly as exams approached. She went the extra mile by providing her own comprehensive summary notes, which highlighted key, commonly tested math concepts—an invaluable resource for last-minute revision. Overall, her sessions were relaxed, enjoyable, and immensely beneficial.

When I first joined Rachel when I was IB1, I was struggling a lot because I was in math HL. I decided to switch to math SL in June and with the help of Rachel, I caught up with the syllabus quickly.

Classes with Rachel were really enjoyable and I found math fun because of that. I looked forward to tuition because of how fun it was. Rachel also helped me a lot for my math IA. Whatever I did not understand, Rachel explained it to me easily, allowing me to understand the deeper meaning of what I didn’t know. During class, Rachel also would patiently explain to me the concepts that I did not understand and with more practice, I could solve the questions better. Sometimes I would forget how to do questions I could previously do and Rachel would give me the time to solve it myself, believing that I had not truly forgotten how to solve it.

The timed practices that Rachel gave us also helped me with my time management. I have always been poor with math but with the help of Rachel, I have made huge improvements. Math is my second best subject for the IB exams and I'm very grateful that Rachel helped me get this far for Math.
I really enjoyed my time in Math tuition with Rachel. I even introduced it to my brother in case he struggles with math in the future.

Math classes with Rachel helped me a lot as she’s always really clear with her explanations. She has also helped me with building my foundation. I really like her method of teaching where it’s quick and straightforward, after a few lessons with her i was able to solve questions independently. i am glad that i joined her lessons 4 months before the actual exam and managed to jump 3 grades!!
